$350/ yearly (if paid up front)

$5 drop in fee for weight room or fitness class

Fitness Class Descriptions

BOOTCAMP– a challenging combination of plyometric and interval training exercises mixed with some light weights, partner exercises, and occasional obstacle courses. SPIN CLASS– indoor Cycling on a stationary bike with motivating music and a high energy instructor. 30/30Ab Blast & Cardio Cycle- 30 minutes of intense  core and abdominal focused exercises followed by 30 minutes of heart pounding cardio on stationary bikes.  All classes are great for beginners to the advanced athlete/fitness enthusiast. All classes are taught by showing low and high impact.
