Group Fitness Instruction with FREE 24 hour Weight Room 

$35/monthly with 12 month agreement or $45/monthly no contract

$350/ yearly (if paid up front)

$450/yearly (for a family of 2)

$15 /monthly for FIREFIGHTERS , POLICE

$5 drop in fee for weight room or fitness class

All auto drafts require a 30 day written notice in order to process your cancellation in a timely and orderly manner. 12 month agreements can not be terminated early. See Contact Us Page for cancellation instructions.  We make it simple and hassle free.

Fitness Class Descriptions

 BOOTCAMP– a challenging combination of plyometric and interval training exercises mixed with some light weights, partner exercises, and occasional obstacle courses  
SPIN CLASS–  indoor Cycling on a stationary bike with motivating music and a high energy instructor.
 YOGA– our Yoga classes are “non religious” and taught as a series of specific body postures, stretches, and breath control for health and relaxation.  Hot Yoga will be taught in a room with a temperature of 90 degrees or hotter and dim lighting. Hot Yoga is an intense and therapeutic class..
